PURPOSE:To process the angle of a line segment as the reference of the angle of a drawn graphic to decrease the number of commands and to execute easily an input by providing an angle detecting means and designating a line segment displayed on a drawing. CONSTITUTION:When an input data analysis processing part 2 analyzes various types of the command and the data inputted by an input part 1, executes the prescribed processing, and if a reference line segment method applying command is designated, the detection of the angle of the line segment is indicated to an angle detecting part 3 when the line segment is picked up, the graphic is generated to a construction processing part 4 based upon the other input by using the angle, and further, in accordance with the command, the correction, deletion and other drawing processings are executed. The drawing processing part 4 generates the graphic and holds it at a drawing data holding part 6.
