PURPOSE:To convert to a processed sentence having the logically idiomatic expression by making a procedure name and a parameter name into an index data and registering a Japanese name corresponding to these into a translating dictionary as the name data beforehand. CONSTITUTION:When the executing sentence of a program is the calling sentence of a procedure, a procedure name is taken and by retrieving a translating dictionary 216, the Japanese name and the parameter attribute corresponding to the procedure name are taken out. Further, it is decided whether the modification of the parameter is necessary or not, and when it is decided that the modification is necessary, the necessary parameter name is taken out of the parameter group of a calling sentence by a parameter number. With the parameter name as the index data, the translating dictionary 216 is retrieved, and the Japanese name corresponding to the parameter name is taken out. Next, the Japanese name corresponding to the procedure name and the Japanese name corresponding to the parameter name are assembled to the Japanese processed sentence of the calling sentence.
