<p>PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization of a coil case by a method wherein a potting treatment is performed in the coil case, a hole is perforated through the coil case, and then a window where the connecting part of a high voltage terminal is facing is formed. CONSTITUTION:The first horizontal member 361 of an iron core 34 is surrounded by a coil case 49, and the primary coil 46 and a secondary coil 48 are concentrically wound on the first horizontal member 361 through the intermediaries of bobbins 45 and 46. Also, a high voltage terminal 51 is fitted to a terminal housing hole 50, and the connecting part 51a of the high voltage terminal 51 is closely contacted to the inner surface of the terminal housing hole 50. Also, the first and the second lower voltage terminals 531 and 532 are fixed to the inner surface of an aperture part by protruding their tip parts from the aperture part of the coil case 49. Then, a potting treatment is performed in the coil case 49, the entire coils 46 and 48 and the high voltage terminal 51, and the base end part of both low voltage terminals 531 and 532 are sealed in the synthetic resin lump R. Subsequently, a perforating process is performed on the outer wall of an expanded part 49a, and a window 52 where the connecting part 51a of the high voltage terminal 51 will face is formed.</p> |
