摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce a dragging torque by alternatively selecting the lubricating oil passages for forward and backward friction coefficient elements on the basis of the friction engaging element pressure generated by the selection of each shift position so as to reduce the amount of lubricating oil for nonengaged friction engaging elements. CONSTITUTION:A clutch device is comprised of high and low ahead clutches 16, 17 and an astern clutch 18, and lubricating oil passages 22 and 23 are provided. In a valve 24, when a clutch pressure is input to the control port on one side, the output port communicating to the lubricating oil passage of a nonengaged clutch is closed. Further, two oriffices 41 and 42 are provided in a spool 25 so as to supply a minimum quantity of lubricating oil even to the nonengaged clutch. Thus, the oil passages are so constituted that the amount of lubricating oil for the nonengaged clutch is reduced, and the dragging torque due to the nonengaged friction engaging element can be reduced.</p>
