发明名称 MECHANISM FOR CONTROLLING LUBRICATING OIL AMOUNT IN HYDRAULIC CLUTCH
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency and provide a compact pump by operating the working side piston to supply a great amount of lubricating oil to that side clutch and reduce the flow of lubricating oil in the other side clutch with the other side piston. CONSTITUTION:The movement of the working side piston 30' expands the opening degree of an opening 14 by an annular groove 15' provided on an inner peripheral boss tube 32' and increases lubricating oil flow. The other piston 30 is returned to the pressure chamber 33 side and the annular groove 15 on the boss tube 32 throttles an opening 13 to reduce the flow. Thus, a large amount of lubricating oil is supplied to a clutch at the side having more exothermic amount and the reduced amount is supplied to the other releasing condition side so that the cooling efficiency is improved. Also since oil supplied only to the working side will do, a compact pump can be provided. Further, oil throttled by desk lubrication will be sent to bushings 19, 19' needing the most lubricating oil under the neutral condition to rationalize lubrication.
