PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. contg. copper powder well dispersed therein and having excellent resistance stability, consisting of a liquid synthetic resin, copper powder treated with a 2-substd. 4,6-dithiol-sym-triazine derivative and an organotitanium compd. CONSTITUTION:Copper powder having a diameter of 20mum or below is added to an alcohol soln. contg. 0.5-5wt% 2-substd. 4,6-dithiol-sym-triazine derivative of the formula [wherein R is NHR', NR', R'', OR', SR', R', R'' are each H, a 1-18C alkyl, alkylene, aryl(alkyl), alkylaryl, alkylene(aryl); M<1>, M<2> are each H, 1/2 atom of an alkali or alkaline earth metal]. The mixture is mixed for 15-30min and filtered to obtain a treated copper powder (B) 0.01-2.0wt% (based on the quantity of component B) organotitanium compd. (e.g. isopropyltrioctyltitanate) is blended with a mixture of a liquid synthetic resin (A) (e.g. liquid bisphenol A type epoxy resin) and component B in a ratio of 6/4-1/9.
