摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a pyroelectric infrared detecting element with a high- sensitivity condenser lens by adhering a pyroelectric element with an electrode which is transparent to infrared rays to the infrared condenser lens by using an adhesive which is transparent to infrared rays. CONSTITUTION:The 1st electrode 4 which is transparent to infrared rays and the 2nd electrode 3 which absorbs infrared rays are arranged on both surfaces of the pyroelectric element 1. The electrode 4 uses a vapor-deposited film of, for example, germanium or silicon preferably. Then, the side of 1st electrode 4 is adhered to the infrared-ray condenser lens 2 by using the adhesive 5 which is transparent to infrared rays. This adhesive 5 uses, for example, an epoxy resin adhesive. The infrared-ray condenser lens 2 uses germanium or silicon of <=50OMEGA-cm in resistivity.
