<p>PURPOSE:To make possible to confirm the correctness of key inputting by synthesizing voice corresponding to key inputted characters for each syllable and outputting. CONSTITUTION:A key input processing CPU 4 outputs strobe circularly to a key matrix 5, and transmits a strobe signal 7 that indicates presence of key input, and at the same time, transmits a corresponding character code 8 to a synthetic processing CPU 6 when one of key switches 4 is depressed. The CPU 6 is connected to a program ROM 11, a character code storing RAM 12, a code ROM 13, a timer 14 and a D/A converting section 15 through a bus 10 for address designation, data transfer and control, and converts character code string supplied from the CPU 4 to syllables by access to these elements, and makes synthesizing process of voice for each syllable. In this case, when the number of codes in the buffer 2 in the RAM 12 becomes large, time for voice outputting per syllable is shortened.</p> |
