PURPOSE:To control the quantity and directivity of transmitted light in every direction freely by coupling plural optical rectifying elements formed of a material which hardly transmits light annularly almost in one optical axis direction with one another crossing the one optical axis direction and thus forming an optical rectifying member, and interposing it in a light transmissive sample in one body. CONSTITUTION:Hexagonal optical rectifying elements 1a which are formed of the material which hardly transmit light and have plural axial lengths are coupled to form the optical honeycomb rectifying member 1, which is charged in a resin injection mold, and then a light transmissive material 2 is injected into the resin injection mold to embed the member 1 in the light transmissive material 2 in one body. The respective annular optical rectifying elements 1a of the optical rectifying member 1 cross the surface of the light transmissive material 2 at right angles, so light transmitted through this light transmissive material 2 is limited to light incident on the surface of the light transmissive material 2 at right angles. Consequently, the angle of a transmitted light control member itself to the incident light is adjusted to control the quantity and directivity of the transmitted light easily and securely in every direction.
