The handlebar support portions 11,12 extend at their upper portions at an angle away from a central longitudinal axis X extending lengthwise of said handlebar stem 1, and said handlebar support means 10 have a fixing means 20,30 for securing said left-hand and right-hand handlebars 2,3 in desired angular positions relative to said handlebar stem 1.</p> |
