PURPOSE:To execute quick control with high responsiveness by controlling the flow rates of the coal and water slurry to be blown to each of the plural tuyeres on the circumference of a blast furnace from the information on the descencing particles at the tuyere ends measured by luminance sensors disposed at specified intervals to said tuyeres. CONSTITUTION:The coal and water slurry pass through a main pipe 16 from a device 10 for producing the same and are regulated by a regulating valve 5 then the coal and water slurry enter a branch pipe 3. The flow rate thereof is measured by a flow meter 11 and is adjusted by a regulating valve 4 then the coal and water slurry are blown to the tuyere 1. The control of the blowing thereof is executed by transmitting the signals with the conditions of green ore descending 15 from the luminance sensors 2 at the tuyere 1 ends to a microcomputer 6. The sensor signals are segmented by each of 2-3sec. The differences of the respective measured values are averaged on the basis of the measured values and the max. value among said values or are indexed from the deviation value between the differences. A command is emitted to the valve 4 by the computer 6 according to such index so that the uniform flow rate is attained on the circumference of the blast furnace. The index is larger as the green ore descending is more and therefore the rate of the coal and water slurry to be blown to the tuyere in said part is decreased if the index increases. |
