PURPOSE:To prevent the forgetting of recording one side and to make easy an operation when only one side is recorded and called by providing a means to record and call separately the document information and the user definition information and a means to record and call simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:When the information is recorded by using a document information recording means 4 and a document information calling means 8 which record and call the inputted document information only, and a user definition information recording means 5 and a user definition information calling means 9 which record and call the foreign language and the idiom only, the user definition information is recorded and stored after the document information are recorded. When the information is called, it is separately called from the separately stored place. On the other hand, when a document information + user definition information recording means 6 and a document + user definition information calling means 10 which record and call simultaneously the document information and the user definition information as a pair are used, the information is simultaneously recorded, but separately stored. When the information is called, it is simultaneously called from the separately stored place.
