PURPOSE:To enhance the sealability of a dust boot and to make it possible to form the same with no severe management of terms of the formation for obtaining a high dimensional accuracy to a ring section, by providing a rubber coat layer in the inner peripheral surface of a fitting ring section over the entire periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:Rubber coat layers 5 are formed in the inner peripheral surfaces of large and small diameter ring sections 1, 2 over the entire periphery thereof. The thickness of a rubber coat layer 4 is normally made to be 10 to 100mum. The rubber coat layer 5 is formed such that rubber cement which is obtained by blending 1 to 5phr of polyisocianate with unvulcanized rubber compound and by solving the thus obtained material with the use of organic solvent such as, for example, toluen, is coated by brushing or dipping. 4,4',4'-triphenyl methane triisocianate, etc. is suitable as the above-mentioned polyisocianate.
