摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain X-rays of prescribed quality, by providing a means for detecting the fall in the voltage of an X-ray tube at the time of irradiation of the X-rays, and connecting capacitors in series with a variable-output-voltage DC supply for compensating for the fall in the voltage of the tube to keep the voltage nearly constant. CONSTITUTION:When the irradiation of X-rays is started, capacitors C1, C2 are discharged so that the sum VC1+C2 of their voltages falls linearly. At that time, the voltage of an X-ray tube 2 detected through bleeder resistances RB1-RB4 is feed back to a control circuit 9 through a differential amplifier 8. The control circuit 9 supplied with an X-ray irradiation signal regulates a DC/DC converter 10 by the quantity of the fall in the sum VC1+C2 of the voltages of the capacitors C1, C2 to generate an output voltage E across both the end terminals of capacitors C3, C4. The output voltage E of the DC/DC converter 10 can be linearly altered by changing the turn-on/turn-off rations of the transistors Q3, Q4.
