PURPOSE:To execute freely special changing by adding flag to drawing element data and displaying a drawing element of the flag of ON by a displaying attribute different from the drawing element of the flag of OFF. CONSTITUTION:When the flag is added to the drawing data of a drawing data holding part 4, the processing such as the copying, shifting, deleting and rotating is executed, and the drawing data, which come to be the processing object, are limited and designated, the data are controlled by a drawing data processing part 2 in accordance with the designating input from an input part 1. The difference in the contents of the flag is displayed as the difference in the displaying attribute in a displaying part 5. As the displaying attribute, the displaying attribute may be adopted which can mutually classify the difference in the displaying such as the displaying with different hue, lightness and saturation, the flickering displaying and the inverting displaying.
