PURPOSE:To carry out movement, stopping, etc. of position of charged particles accurately and rapidly, by controlling electric potential of electrodes arranged on a plane, utilizing electrophoresis of the charged particles. CONSTITUTION:The buffer solution 32 is placed on the electrodes 33, 34, and 35 arranged on a plane, the cells 31 (charged fine particle) is floated. When the electric potential of the electrode 34 is higher raised than those of the other electrodes 33 and 35, the cell 31 is absorbed on the electrode 34. When the electric potentials are raised in the order of the electrodes 33, 34, and 35, the cell 31 is moved to the electrode 35. A cell is accurately handled by urilizing the phenomena, Namely, by a voltage pattern generating function from the control part 53, a group of the cells A is taken out from the stocker 51 and arranged on the electrode line 52, similarly a group of the cells B is arranged on the electrode line 55 from the stocker 54. The propelling device 56 for a fusing agent is operated by the control part 53, the fusing solution is dropped on each contact point of the cells A and the cells B, to form the hybrid cells AB surely and efficiently. |
