PURPOSE:To enable automatic measurement from sampling to an analytical process, by absorbing the ionized substance in air with water in an ionized substance absorbing apparatus and detecting the same in the absorbing solution while controlling each process by an operator. CONSTITUTION:Ultra-pure water 7 is sent to ionized substance absorbing apparatuses 15a, 15b, 15c from a quantitative water supply device 1 though piping 10. Air is sucked by an air feeder 30 to be successively sent to the absorbing apparatuses 15a, 15b, 15c in series by pipings 25, 26, 27 and, for example, Na air is absorbed with water. Next, the absorbing solution is sent to an ion detection device 40 from the absorbing apparatuses 15a-15c to detect the ionized substance while the detection data is inputted to an operator 49. Then, the concn. of Na in air is operated from the detection value of the ionized substance and the air supply amount. Because the ionized substance in air is automatically analyzed from sampling to an analytical process, analysis can be performed continuously and smoothly. |
