PURPOSE:To improve the state stability at high temperature of a coil insulating layer by forming an insulating tape by bonding with the prescribed binder, winding the tap on a coil conductor, then impregnating thermoset resin, and thermally curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition in which epoxy resin is added to mixed resin of multifunction maleimide and multifunction cyanic acid ester is used as a binder, a solution added with suitable amount of solvent for regulating a viscosity to the binder is thinly coated on the surface of a reinforcing layer 12, a main insulating base layer 13 made of collected mica paper is then superposed, bonded under pressure, heated at the prescribed temperature to form an insulating sheet, cut in the prescribed width to form an insulating tape 11. A resin is made of liquid thermoset resin is impregnated in vacuum with insulating base layer 15 in which the tape 11 is densely wound on a coil conductor 7, thermally cured to form the layer 15. |
