PURPOSE:To decrease a drawing power for a winder by pressing a pipe firmly to external grooves of a plug provided with grooves to form a continuous groove in an interior of the pipe, and by pinch-holding the pipe member and providing a drawing power by means of a puller rotating towards a drawing direction of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:An original pipe A sustains a diameter reducing and wall thinning work by means of a floating plug C and a dice B, and at a rear position, and a plug E provided with grooves being connected to the floating plug C freely rotatably through a connecting rod D and a force changing means T for instance, a planet rotating roll press firmly the pipe wall cooperatively. And by pressing the internal surface of the pipe against the unevenness engraved on the external surface of the plug E with grooves to form continuous grooves in an interior of the pipe. The planet rotating roll T rotates at a high speed around the pipe axis and pushes and forces the pipe wall from the outside. At the further rear position, puller G is rotated positively in a direction for drawing the grooved pipe while feeding the pipe, and pressed the external surface of the pipe hard so as to prevent the pipe from being twisted.
