<p>PURPOSE:To make a connecting piece weldable to a main plate in planeness, by setting up both first and second annular main plates in locking them on a plane surface each and then welding the connecting piece and a cover setting block to each of these first and second annular main plates. CONSTITUTION:At the manufacturing a speed ring 1, first setting surfaces of a stay vane 3 of each main plate 2 is marked off while these main plates are superposed so as to make these setting surfaces come face-to-face. And, a strap 10 is disposed in the end of a joining surface of the main plate 2 and welded together tight. Then a connecting piece 7 at the side of a lower cover is set up in the specified position, while a connecting part 6 is welded as controlling size of a spot weld 9 with a side plate 8. Next, a cover setting block at the lower cover side is welded to the side of an inner circumference of the connecting piece 7 for installation. And, this welded molding is turned over whereby the connecting piece 7 at the upper cover side and the cover setting block 4 are turned downward and welded together.</p> |
