<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the recognizing time of lead terminals of a semiconductor product having a plurality of lead terminals and to decrease erroneous recognitions, by expressing the number of each lead with a mark on the main body of a package. CONSTITUTION:In addition to printing of the serial number of a product, the following marks are printed on the surface of a main body 10 of a package: a final-lead-number mark 11; a 5th lead mark 12; a 10th lead mark 13; a 15th lead mark 14; and 20th lead mark 15. The 5th leads having the number of five among the lead numbers are expressed by small square marks 12 and 14. The leads having the numbers of 10X(N) among the lead numbers are expressed by N pieces of rectangular marks 13 and 15. The printing methods are distinguished in this way. By printing the number of the least lead terminal in the IC, the number of pieces of the lead terminals can be immediately acknowledged. By printing the mark having an arbitrary shape for every arbitrary number, the counting work of the numbers of the lead terminals can be carried out simply and positively.</p> |
