<p>PURPOSE:To permit to prevent no-liquid heating of a liquid tank even in case there is some shortage of liquid by a method wherein one or more than two pieces of heater are arranged on a buoyant body so as to be free in regulating the height thereof with respect to the level of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:When one or more than two pieces of heater 3, free to regulate the height thereof with respect to the level of the liquid level 2a, is attached to the buoyant body 11 and is floated on the level 2a of plating solution 2, the heater 3 is floated under a condition that the upper part 3a of the heater is exposed and the lower part 3b of the same is dipped in the liquid. Electric current is passed to the heater 3 through a chord 9 to heat the plating solution 2 or keep the temperature of the same. In this case, the plating solution 2 in the tank 1 has a tendency to decrease due to expending, evaporation and the like, however, the buoyant body 11 is lowered together with the descending of the liquid level 2 and the lower part 3b of the heater will never be exposed from the plating solution 2, therefore, non-liquid heating of the liquid tank 1 may be prevented.</p> |
