PURPOSE:To generate the fluid flow having a constant flow rate and the superior controllability from the top edge of a driving tube by allowing the gas column inside a driving tube to generate violent resonance vibration by driving a vibrating plate by the Helmholtz's resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION:When electric power is supplied into a coil 15 together with the sine-water voltage having a frequency of f0 determined according to a specific equation by an electric power source apparatus 17 having the frequency adjusting function, a vibrating plate 14 supported by a spring 14 and a coil 13 are vibrated right and left on the figure by the mutual action of a permanent magnet 6. A Helmholtz's resonator is formed with a space 11 and a driving tube 12, and the resonance with the above-described frequency f0 is permitted. Therefore, the column-shaped fluid 23 in the driving tube 12 violently vibrates in integral form as shown by the dotted line in the figure. When the column- shaped fluid moves rightward, the fluid in the vicinity of the inlet of the driving tube 12 is moved rightward, and when the fluid moves leftward, the fluid which is in stop state on the periphery as shown by the curved line is inhaled into the tube. Thus, the fluid flow having the superior controllability with several cycles as shown by the arrow can be obtained.
