PURPOSE:To provide a valve driving mechanism which has simple structure and is difficult to fail in operation, by a method wherein, when a feed exhaust valve is driven by means of a fluid pressure, a cam for drivng of a hydraulic pump is mounted on a crank shaft, and is driven by means of an oil pressure generated by the hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION:A crank shaft 7 is provided with a cam for suction and a cam 5 for exhaust, and a hydraulic pump 3 is driven by means of a roller 6. An oil pressure generated by the hydraulic pump is introduced to an actuator for suction valve and an actuator 2 for an exhaust valve 1 through a high pressure pipe 4. The cam 5 is formed so as to match the opening and closing timing of each of the suction valve and the exhaust valve. This eliminates the use of a special cam shaft for driving of a crank shaft.
