PURPOSE:To eliminate an automatic engine speed regulating mechanism, by a method wherein the end pat of the accel device side of the outer wire of a release wire is so disposed that the more closer an engine approaches a work ing part driving shaft, the more the end part is controlled to the speed increase side. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft 10 of an engine 9 is coupled to a working part driving shaft 12 through a contact transmission tool 13. An accel device 17 is coupled to an accel set control tool 21 through a release wire 20. An end part 20c on the accel device side of an outer wire 20b of the release wire 20 is so disposed that the more closer an engine 9 approaches a working part driving shaft 12, the more the end part is controlled to the speed increase side. This, when the engine approaches the working part driving shaft with the increase in a load, the accel device is controlled to the speed increase side, and eliminates the special constitution for automatic governing of engine speed.
