STEAM CONTROLLING VALVE OF STEAM TURBINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness to variation in load by providing a steam valve driving cylinder with a mechanism which quickly closes the suitable number of valves in accordance with a variation in load. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of solenoid valves 8 to 10 are disposed in a pipe passage communicating the upper chamber with the lower chamber inside the piston 12 of a hydraulic cylinder 11 which drives a steam valve. And a deviation between the pressure behind primary-step in the high-pressure casing of the steam turbine and the output signal of a generator 4 is input to setters 5 to 7 and if the deviation exceeds each of the preset values, the solenoid valves 8 to 10 are excited. Since the solenoid valves 8 to 10 are connected to respective ports which are suitably closed or opened according to the deviation of load, the valves can be closed quickly to the position corresponding to a variation in load if it changes suddenly.
