PURPOSE:To reduce easily additional man-hours which are accompanied with additions and changes of the kind of a slip, and the management of the whole entry system, by describing the intrinsic information of each slip in a control file, and executing processing of every slip device from a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A slip kind number is entered in a slip, and to which slip processing is executed is indicated by a kind number from a terminal equipment, and by using its number as a key a program 11 inputs data constituting information of the slip from a control file 13. Thereafter, based on this data constituting information, storage and a fetching-out in and from an entry data file 4 are executed. Next, what kind of processing is executed thereafter is indicated from the terminal equipment. As for kinds of the processing, there are five such as registration processing, reference/updating processing, deletion processing, varification processing, and restoration processing from deletion, etc., and the program 11 selects and processes the subprogram concerned from a subprogram group 12 in accordance with an indication from the terminal equipment.
