PURPOSE:To eliminate the disturbance of telescoping operation of a brush even if a burr is formed by forming a recess escaping part at the mold matching position of a brush holder formed with matching split mold. CONSTITUTION:A brush holder 6 in which a brush 7 slidably contacted in a pressing state with a commutator 2 is contained telescopically is molded with resin by matching split molds 15, 16. In this case, the matching positions X, Y of the molds 15, 16 are formed in a structure to be escaped from the containing area S of the brush 7. In other words, a strip-shaped escaping part 15a is formed at the opposing part of the mold 15, and a strip-shaped escaping part 16a is formed on the opposing part of the mold 16. As a result, the positions of the parts 15a, 16a are formed in recess escaped from the area S. Thus, even if burrs are formed at the positions X, Y, they are not projected to the area S, and the telescoping operation of the brush 7 is not accordingly disturbed by the existence of burrs. |
