摘要 PURPOSE:To make a thermal type superconductive switch capable of being more simply manufactured than ever, and at the same time, compact, and superior in thermal stability as well, by a method wherein a tabular composite body having Nb3Sn superconductive compound layers or V3Ga superconductive compound layers is integrally formed with heaters, which heat the composite body, and an insulating layer to interpose between the composite body and the heaters and a molding is performed. CONSTITUTION:An Nb plate 10 is held between Cu-Sn alloy plates 11, the Nb plates 10 and the Cu-Sn alloy plates 11 are formed integrally and a rolling work is performed to form a sheet into a composite body. Then, cuttings 12 are cut in the composite body using a diamond cutter. After this, a heat treatment of 725 deg.CX200hr is performed in a vacuum heat-treating furnace and NB3Sn layers 3 are formed on the interfaces between the Nb plate 10 and the Cu-Sn alloy plates 11. Then, the composite body, wherein the cuttings are cut and the Nb3Sn layers are formed in such a way, is integrally formed in one body with heaters (constan wires) 14 and an insulating plate 15 to interpose between the composite body and the heaters and is impregnated with an epoxy resin 16, and the thermal type superconductive switch is made.
