PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability and to increase the life by composing a bridge of two diodes, a resistor and a switching element, thereby suppressing the overvoltage of the switching element during ON/OFF operation period. CONSTITUTION:When a base current is flowed to a transistor 21, the transistor 21 is conducted to flow a current to the primary winding of a transformer 2 through a resistor 24. Thus, a voltage is induced in a control winding 30, and a transistor 20 is abruptly led to an ON state. When the transistor 21 is interrupted, the transistor 20 is cut OFF. At this time, energy stored in the transformer 2 is branched to loops of a diode 23, a DC power source 1 and a diode 22, and a diode 23 and a resistor 24. |
