PURPOSE:To obtain the screw for injection molding or extruding anisotropic plastic magnet, which is non-magnetic and having high resistances to corrosion and wearing, by a method wherein a matrix, consisting of non-magnetic austenite series material, is formed with the layer of padding welding of powder, consisting of non-magnetic austenite alloy of either one kind of Co base, Fe base or Ni base or the same alloy dispersed with hard particles. CONSTITUTION:The matrix is consisting of non-magnetic austenite series material and the welding layer of padding is provided with chevron type lengthwise solidified organization while the same layer is formed by padding non-magnetic austenite series alloy of either one of Co base, Fe base or Ni base or the same alloy dispersed with hard particles. Carbide of WC, TiC, VC Cr7C3 or the like, nitride of TiN, Si3N4 or the like, boride of TiB2 or oxide of Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2 or the like is suitable to make the hard particles and the austenite series material having various expansion coefficient are employed for the matrix in accordance with the request for the screw.
