PURPOSE:To remove a power source noise by providing the first and the second MOSFETs connected between the terminals of the first and the second capacitors and a power source potential or an earth potential. CONSTITUTION:By using that power source noise by a peak current appears as the raise of an earth potential Vss simultaneously with the deterioration of a power source potential Vcc, the lowering of H level of the output information and the raise of L level are compensated by the use of the coupling of a capacitor, respectively. Namely, the lowering of the power source potential Vcc and the simultaneously appearing raise of the earth potential brings the raise of an output terminal 14 through the second MOSFET 18 turned on and the second capacitor 16. The lowering of the power source potential Vcc and the raise of the earth potential Vss are canceled each other on the output terminal 14 and the lowering of the H level output on the terminal 14 is compensated.
