<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the interference with the outer periphery of a fixed scroll swirl and the breakage of members and improve compression efficiency by forming a release part onto the inner peripheral part of the swirl in the vicinity of the side edge part of the suction chamber of a swing scroll. CONSTITUTION:A release part 2b is formed at the inner peripheral part of the swirl in the vicinity of the side edge part of the suction chamber 3 of a swing scroll 12. Therefore, the interference between the swirl edge (a) of the swing scroll and the outer peripheral part of a fixed scroll swirl 1 is prevented, and the reduction of the sealing performance in other both scroll contact parts is prevented. Further, the breakage of the swirls of the both scrolls can be prevented by interference.</p> |
