PURPOSE:To set again a parameter easily by storing previously the parameter in a rewritable nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:Plural input signals (e) are selected by an input switch 1 including a switch and supplied to a processing means CPU4 via an amplifier 2 and an A/D converter 3. The means 4 gives the arithmetic processing those signals (e) together with other processings and stores them in a memory 6. Then these signals (e) are also displayed on a display means 7 and recorded by a recording means 8. Here the parameters of the type, range, etc. of the input needed for operation are stored in a rewritable nonvolatile memory 9 like an EEPROM, etc. Thus the parameters are held by the memory 9 even if a power supply is switched off. Then the operation can be restarted immediately with remaining parameters when the power supply is switched on.
