PURPOSE:To form an electroforming mother of a laminate of a backing plate and transferred photosensitive resin by placing an adhesive agent layer and photosensitive resin on the backing plate having UV transmittability, placing further a natural product intended to be transferred onto the surface on said resin, irradiating UV rays from the backing plate side and curing the photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent layer 2 is provided on the surface of the backing plate 1 consisting of a glass or acrylic plate which allows the transmission of UV rays. A suitable amt. of the photosensitive resin 3 is placed thereon and is defoamed under the reduced pressure; thereafter the natural product 4 to be transferred such as shell is disposed on such a manner than the surface to be transferred contacts with the photosensitive resin. The UV rays are irradiated in this state to the resin from an arrow direction below the backing plate to cure the photosensitive resin. The beautiful transfer surface of the shell having no foam is obtd. Such laminate is used as the electroforming mother and the faithful reproduction of the shell pattern is made possible.
