PURPOSE:To upgrade the restoring rate of reproduction data by enabling the reproduction from tracks interleaved at a speed two times of that of recording by using an autotracking system. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing-signal detector circuit 3 detects the synchronizing signal in specific one among the plural tracking information areas on one track. A tracking detector circuit 4 outputs a voltage proportional to the deviation between the track-center in the tracking information area selected by the circuit 3 and the head-center. A capstam motor, is so controlled that the output from the circuit 4 becomes zero. Accordingly, by specifying the position of the synchronizing signal to be detected by the detector circuit 3, reproduction from two tracks interleaved by using ATF is made able at the doubles-speed reproduction. |
