PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance of bellows by connecting a variable frequency element through a shaft and a bellows to the cavity side while arranging the bellows coaxially in double and passing the cooling water to the space between the bellows. CONSTITUTION:Another bellows 7 is added coaxially at the outside of one bellows 5 while cooling pipes 8, 9 for flowing the cooling water to the space between the inner and outer bellows are provided. With such arrangement, the bellows can be cooled sufficiently to enable take-out of high power. Consequently, the cooling effect of bellows can be improved resulting in a high power klystron. |
