VECTOR FOR DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION OF PROTEIN USING SAME, AND HOST TRANSFORMED WITH SAID VECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:A vector for development capable of changing easily the distance between PR and PL promoter of lambda phage and a translation codon of a gene of different kind, having plural restriction enzyme recognition sites at the downstream of the PB and PL promoter. CONSTITUTION:A vector for developing a gene of different kind, having plural restriction enzyme recognition sites (only one restriction enzyme recognition site is contained in vector, and DNA part having plural restriction recognition sites has <=80 pairs of bases and has <=15 restriction enzyme recognition sites) capable of inserting the gene of different kind at the downstream of PR and PL promoter (preferably derived from plasmid pRLK14) of lambda phage.
