PURPOSE:To reduce a generation of a repulsion magnetic field and to prevent a generation of an erroneous transfer of a magnetic bubble by constituting a magnetic bubble transfer pattern of an inverse 180 deg. turn corner section with a combination of an L-shaped pattern and a lambda-shaped pattern. CONSTITUTION:The first 180 deg. turn corner pattern 13 is formed substantially in an L-shape as a whole shape, thereby the distance from its magnetic bubble input terminal 13a to its magnetic bubble output terminal 13b becomes longer than the distance of the first wide gap pattern 11 and a wide gap pattern 12. Accordingly, the magnetic bubble transferred to the side of a magnetic bubble output terminal 12b of the second wide gap pattern 12 is not erroneously transferred to the side of an input terminal 12a. By forming the second 180 deg. turn corner pattern 14 substantially in a lambda-shape as a whole shape, the magnetic bubble transferred to a magnetic bubble input terminal 14b in its pattern central section 14a is transferred to a magnetic bubble output terminal 14c side and then to an input terminal 15a.
