PURPOSE:To transfer magnetic bubbles at a high speed by flowing a pulse current to a conductor pattern instead of driving by a rotating magnetic field to transfer magnetic bubbles. CONSTITUTION:A minor loop 1 where information is stored consists of a transfer path of the field access type ion implantation system, and a read line 2 through which read information is transferred and a write line 3 through which write information is transferred consist of current-driven transfer paths. That is, a magnetic bubble transfer path is formed with a serpentine conductor pattern 12, and the pulse current is flowed to transfer the magnetic bubble in the direction of an arrow P. Two conductor patterns 13 and 14 which have aperture parts 13a and 14a in positions facing each other are arranged oppositely to each other, and the pulse current is flowed to transfer the magnetic bubble in the direction of the arrow P.
