PURPOSE:To realize the coincidence of a position relation in a horizontal direction by synthesizing a signal outputted from a monitor television with an RGB signal from a computer through a delay line having the same delay quantity as an internal delay line. CONSTITUTION:A detecting output S1 which is amplified and detected at a video intermediate frequency PIF circuit 4 in a monitor television 2 is inputted to a chrominance component process circuit 5 and a luminance signal process circuit 6. A signal S2 color-processed at the circuit 5 is macro-demodulated at a macro demodulation circuit 7. A signal, the luminance signal component of which is separated, is delayed by 0.6musec approximately at a delay line 8 and is inputted to a matrix circuit 9 along with the signal S2 and converted to the RGB signal and is inputted to a cathode ray tube 10. A video converter 1 is equipped with a delay line 13 which delays the signal S1 by 0.6musec approximately and a synthesizer 14. So that an RGB signal S5 outputted from a computer 3 is already inputted delaying by a delay quantity equal to that of the delay line 8, the position relation in the horizontal direction is equal to the same one on the monitor television 2. |
