This assembly is composed of a dropper made of rubber 3, a ring 2, a rigid cap 1 and a rigid support 4. The lower internal peripheral surface of the cap 1 is provided with a rib 6 which is inserted in the groove 6 with which the support 4 is provided and the lower external peripheral part 8 of the cap is connected to the internal central part by stalks 7 which constitute the guarantee closure in cooperation with the ring. <IMAGE>
