PURPOSE:To perform cab heating immediately after engine starting in an efficient manner, by storing heat energy in engine exhaust gas in an exhaust gas route and, at the time of engine starting, installing a heat exchanger using zeolite radiating the heat to the cab heating air. CONSTITUTION:At the time of car running, high temperature exhaust gas flows by way of an exhaust pipe 7 of a heat exchanger 6 and is discharged to the air. At this time, zeolite 5 is heated by heat energy of the exhaust gas, and separation of moisture takes place, while this heat energy is stored. And, the heated zeolite 5 heats air to be fed to the inside of a car room by way of a cab heating air supply route 9 via a pipe 8. On the other hand, at the time of engine starting, a control valve 13 opens, feeding the zeolite 5 with water of a water tank 12 via a water feed pipe 11. If so, the zeolite 5 absorbs moisture and generates heat in a moment, heating the cab heating air flowing in the cab heating air supply route 9, via the pipe 8, thus cab heating takes place. |
