PURPOSE:To miniaturize a power transmission system as well as to utilize a car space so effectively, by installing at least a clutch device, a transmission and a differential gear in the casing formed solidly with a crankcase and formed into a symmetrical split structure. CONSTITUTION:A saddling type car is provided with each of casings 3 and 4 solidly formed with a crankcase part 2 and formed into a symmetrically halved structure. In this case, each of crankshafts 5a and 5b, a main shaft 6a and a subshaft 6b of a transmission 6, a shaft 7a of a subtransmission, a propeller shaft 7b for rear-wheel driving and each of side shafts 8a and 8b of a differential gear 8 are all rotatably supported on each of these casings 3 and 4. And, a one-way clutch 9 and a generator 10 both are set up at each outer end part of each of these crankshafts 5a and 5b. In addition, a clutch 11 is set up in one end part at the outside of the main shaft 6a of the transmission 6.
