PURPOSE:To prolong pot life and to enable the mixing device of a two-pack adhesive to be stably used by providing a low-temp. lagged chamber which is housed with a mixing tray in the inside, an extruding means operated from an outer part and a stirring blade. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of the inside of a lagged chamber 1 is preset at 0-10 deg.C with a blow-in port 2 wherein the cooling air is blown therefrom, a cooling pipe 3 and the outflow port 4 of air and the temp. control is performed with a temp. sensor. A two-pack reaction liquid 17 is respectively transferred to the cylinder parts 10, 11 of the extruders 7, 8 from a marketing container. Then the contents having only the prescribed ratio are respectively dropped 18 to the inside of a lower mixing tray 6 with the piston parts 12, 13. Thereafter these are sufficiently kneaded with a stirring blade 14 by rotating a rotary handle 16 and also stably stored by the low temp. of the inside of the lagged chamber 1 and taken out at any time through a takeout operation port 5 to use them. |
