PURPOSE:To produce polyurethane foam with a small-sized device easily by mixing 2 kinds of heated liqs. with compressed air from a compressed air supply device and discharging the mixture from a spray gun through an insulated hose. CONSTITUTION:When urethane foam is applied on the wall of a building structure, a pressure tank 1 contg. a liq. A and a pressure tank 2 contg. a liq. B are covered with a heating vessel 3 having thermal oil 4. Compressed air discharged from an air compressor 5 provided with an air accumulator is passed through an air filter 6, pressure-reducing valves 7 and 8 to remove water and dust and then the pressure of air is regulated. Compressed air at specified pressure is blown into the respective tanks 1 and 2 at respective specified pressures, the liqs. A and B are supplied to a nozzle part 31 of a spray gun 30 and an insulating device is provided to the hose leading to the gun. Consequently, thermal insulation can be carried out with a small-sized device. |
