The present invention relates to a game comprising a horizontal table on which slide two types of pieces comprising, respectively, at least one sliding piece 20 and a launching disc 10 which is intended to displace the sliding piece by means of percussion. According to the invention, a first type of piece 10 has a cylindrical peripheral surface 12 of revolution, whilst the second type of piece 20 has a toroidal peripheral surface. Moreover, the height of the pieces is such that the impact of the launching disc on each sliding piece takes place at approximately one third of the height of the first type of piece. <IMAGE>
