PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sheet formed from a mixture of a polyvinyl acetal and a plasticizer, having various excellent properties, generating low heat of combustion in incineration after use and effective to prevent the lowering of the durability of the incinerator. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet is made of a composition composed mainly of a polyvinyl acetal and a plasticizer. The polyvinyl acetal is a reaction product of a polyvinyl butyral (having an average polymerization degree of 800-3,000) and an aldehyde. The plasticizer is e.g. triethylene glycol di-2-ethyl butyrate, etc., and its amount is 25-60pts.wt. per 100pts. of the polyvinyl acetal. The sheet is produced by impregnating the composition in a combustible substrate having lower heat of combustion than the composition and laminating the substrates.
