New human a1-antitrypsin derivatives, composition and biological reagent containing them

The present addition relates to a1-antitrypsin derivatives or a1-antitrypsin analogues according to one of Claims 1 to 3 of the parent patent, which are characterised in that the sequence of a1-antitrypsin or of its analogues has been truncated by its 5 N-terminal amino acids. These derivatives are useful especially as medicinal products with anti-elastase activity and also as biological reagents.
