TRANSFER MOLDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To contrive to realize a miniature and light-weight device by a method wherein a plunger is driven with tension springs and a mold is clamped through an upper and a lower hot plates with compression springs. CONSTITUTION:The clamping of a mold 4 is done by pinching the mold with an upper and a lower hot plates 1 and 2 and the clamping force is developed with compression springs 9 provided at both sides in the lower part of the lower hot plate 2. Tension is loaded to a plunger 6 with tension springs 7 provided at both sides in the upper and the lower hot plates 1 and 2. The plunger 6 is moved up and down through the rotation of a cam mounted on the shaft of an electric motor, which is installed in the lower part of the lower hot plate 2 so as to pressurize the resin in a pot 3 in accordance with the accumulated tension in order to pour the resin through a sprue 5 into the mold 4.
